Started in 1996
I started my working life at a butcher’s shop and then saw an opportunity with Hine Labels in the packing department. I worked my way up as a trainee flexo operator, to a fully-fledged flexo printer. As the company moved into digital printing and finishing I moved across to the digital side, where I learned a whole new set of skills. Because I knew both flexo and digital, I took on the role of training others which lead me into a supervisor role.
